Exit 140A to 82 East (Morris Avenue) - take Morris Avenue until it ends at the Broad Street arches (railroad overpass). Make a right onto Broad Street. Stay on Broad Street (crossing over Rt. 1&9) until it ends at Bayway Avenue. Make a left onto Bayway Avenue. Mabel G. Holmes School No. 5 is on the right.

Make a right at the Bayway Circle onto Bayway Avenue (follow signs for Goethals Bridge/439 South). Mabel G. Holmes School No. 5 is on the right, just after the 2nd light.

Go ¾ the way around the Bayway Circle (follow signs for Goethals Bridge/439 South). Make a right onto Bayway Avenue (439 South). Mabel G. Holmes School No. 5 is on the right, just after the 2nd light.

Exit 13 - follow signs for Rt. 1&9 N/439/Elizabeth. At the end of the ramp, go through the light onto Bayway Avenue (439 North). Mabel G. Holmes School No. 5 is a few blocks on the left.

Travel on Morris Avenue (Rt. 82 East) until it ends at the Broad Street arches (railroad overpass). Make a right onto Broad Street. Stay on Broad Street (crossing over Rt. 1&9) until it ends at Bayway Avenue. Make a left onto Bayway Avenue. Mabel G. Holmes School No. 5 is on the right.
